Rate this post

The Zionsville Country Veterinary Clinic and the Zionsville Country Kennel are holding their annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Party Saturday, October 26 from 1-4 pm. Bring your pet in costume and enjoy this day in the country with other pet owners while helping to support the Dave Albert Defense of (DADO) Animals Fund. The DADO Fund is dedicated to improving the health and welfare of local homeless and needy pets. Funds generated for the DADO Fund will stay in Boone County, and 100% of the money donated will go to discounted services provided by the Zionsville Country Veterinary Clinic.

Prizes will be awarded to the best costumed pet based on the donations made to DADO that day on behalf of your pet. In order to be eligible for one of the prizes, you must first submit a photograph of your pet in costume by email to [email protected] by October 22. On the day of the event, printed copies of all the photos submitted will be on display along with a container for donations to DADO. The pets receiving the most in donations will be awarded a prize.

• 1st Prize: A routine annual visit to Zionsville Country Veterinary Clinic with heartworm preventive procedure ($250 value)
• 2nd Prize: Free Exam ($50 value)
• 3rd Prize: $20 gift certificate to Zionsville Country Veterinary Clinic

In addition to the costume contest, there will also be:
• Pet cartoonist
