“COVID-19 definitely pushed our business in a big way,” Woodward stated. “It [the pandemic] knocked

experienced a lot of growth [in our company] since then. Last year, in 2020, we installed 350 jobs. We opened our Cincinnati location in November of 2020. Fast forward to this year, we’ve completed over
1,000 installations and we opened our Columbus location in September of 2021.”

square-foot facility is the support center for all the Bath Expert regional offices.

“Children’s hospitals, in general, affected both me and Jeff in our lives—significantly,” Woodward
shared. “It feels great that this is where we landed on our [give-back] initiative.”

Worzala added, “We’ve grown from participating in little sponsorships here and there. In 2020, we
started making monthly donations [$25 per customer], and within a year’s time, we donated $13,000 to
Riley Children’s Foundation. We’re all super proud and excited to be a part of that program. We recently
started the same thing in Cincinnati this past August with their children’s hospital. We were able to
donate a little over $1,000, and we will continue this program as the years go on.”

The overall experience was very good! I priced up a bunch of bathtub installations and they offered a
competitive price with good warranties on the tub and installation! Unfortunately, I can’t remember our
installation technician’s name. He was very professional and worked hard for 6+ hours to install our

Mike did an amazing job on our tub to shower conversion! The process was easy and the installation
painless. The team knew what they were doing, the tear out and rebuild was awesome to watch.
Everything was kept very clean and when they were complete it was vacuumed up and you’d never
know it wasn’t always there. I still had a slipping issue even with the nonskid floor and called my project
manager, Joanna and Kyle brought a mat to my house personally. I can’t say enough about this company
and the customer service. If you’re looking for a bath company, you won’t be disappointed!

Joe was awesome! He came in time and had all the work completed by the predicted timeline he gave
my mom. The shower looks beautiful! He even took the time to have my mom show him where the bars
should go to make it easier for my parents to grab in to and at their level too. Thank you for such
wonderful work.
